• Platform Data: Billboard locations, availability schedules, pricing, and media assets (photos/videos) uploaded by media owners.
• Analytics & Usage: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and information about how you interact with our platform (e.g., searches, bookings, dashboard clicks).
• Location Information: Precise geofencing data for billboard assets and approximate location data from users interacting with our maps.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To facilitate billboard bookings and management between advertisers and media owners.
• To provide automated revenue tracking and analytics for media owners via the BMS.
• To generate "Proof of Play" and performance reports for transparency.
• To improve platform security and prevent fraudulent activities.
• To communicate critical updates, invoices, and service-related notifications.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Upon account termination, OOH Nepal will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by Nepalese tax or advertising laws.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Between Parties: Basic business contact info is shared between an Advertiser and a Media Owner to facilitate a confirmed booking.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party processors for cloud hosting (e.g., AWS/Vercel), email delivery, and payment processing. These partners are legally bound to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid request by public authorities in Nepal.

5. Your Digital Rights

You have specific rights regarding your data on OOH Nepal:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
• Data Portability: Obtain a machine-readable export of your billboard inventory or booking history.
